Meet the team
Janet Redler Travel and Tourism has two principals - Janet Redler and Nick Bardsley - both of whom have been in the trade for many years. The skills and experience each brings to the business means we can truly claim "Relax, you can do no better!"
With over 30 years’ experience in the travel trade you can have complete peace of mind that your luxury tour will be planned to the last detail by Jan, our CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Passionate about service, she is not satisfied unless she exceeds your expectations.
Jan has designed tours for travel writers, including the New York Times and English Garden, individuals, couples, groups of friends and family and large groups too, some with exacting briefs and others who give a flavour of the tour they would like and Jan takes care of the rest.
Her knowledge and attention to detail mean that people come back time and again, with a high proportion of tours booked through personal recommendation.
Most Unusual Tour Planned (so far) - An ancestral tour for ‘Cedar the Welsh Corgi’ from Florida. ‘Alas, no royal bloodline was found.’
Scariest Moment – ‘Coasteering’ whilst conducting a radio travel broadcast for Radio Canberra, Australia.
Most Rewarding Moment - When the US Consul General came to listen to a US Youth Choir at Stormont Parliament Buildings, Northern Ireland, during their 2013 tour.
Nick (BA (Hons) Oxon D.M.S.)

When not in the office, Neil is a member of the British Reservists and enjoys travelling and exploring with his wife and two daughters Rhiannon and Bethan.
Helen (Bsc. DipLD. MA)
Our specialist in ‘all things green’, Helen is a qualified landscape architect and her love of gardens and landscapes comes through in her tours. She has a wealth of knowledge of the gardens and heritage of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland and has travelled extensively throughout France, Italy and mainland Europe.

Robin is passionate about helping us deliver our premier vacations in Ireland and the UK to travel agents and individuals around the world. Born in Wales, with Scots ancestry and living in England, he has lots of the right connections. Whilst new to the travel trade, Robin is learning fast and nothing is too much trouble for him. In his spare time Robin enjoys photography, film and music.
