Dublin has been named as the world’s best destination for solo travellers by online travel research company TripAdvisor.

The ranking highlights Dublin’s reputation as one of Europe’s most welcoming and easy to navigate cities, with solo visitors praising its friendly atmosphere, compact size and rich cultural experiences.
TripAdvisor noted that solo travellers consistently rate Dublin highly for its walkability, vibrant neighbourhoods and the ease with which visitors can meet people, whether in a traditional pub, a museum or simply exploring the city’s historic streets.
