Starfire Tour 2017: photo diary

The internationally acclaimed Starfire Singers toured the UK with Janet Redler Travel & Tourism in July and August 2017, performing the original musical Borderless at venues around the country to raise money for local charities. This is a photo diary of their tour.

The 2017 tour kicked off at Westbury-on-Trym Methodist Church in Bristol on Wednesday 26 July and the church was full for the first performance. Cllr Estella Tinknell, Bristol City Council cabinet member for Culture, Events and Equalities, attended the concert, which helped raise funds for The New Room in Bristol, the oldest Methodist Chapel in the world, known internationally as the ‘cradle of Methodism’.

Janet Redler said: "We were delighted that the Starfire Singers received such a warm welcome in Westbury-on-Trym. The Methodist Church was a great venue for the first performance and those who attended enjoyed a wonderful evening of entertainment. We would like to thank Cllr Tinknell for supporting us and the church for hosting us."
